We love our food – who doesn’t?? We like to keep things simple, honest and delicious, and where possible we support local suppliers by buying our ingredients directly from them. You’ll always find the freshest seasonal produce on our menus which change every week – but don’t worry, you’ll always be able to enjoy your time honoured favourites – we couldn’t live without our Ale of the Day battered fish and chips!

We’re famous for our Sunday Roasts, so give Mum the day off, pop in from 10am to read the papers with a huge mug of coffee (and maybe a Bloody Mary if you need one...), and then do what Sundays are meant for – eat!

Local suppliers – We use local suppliers as much as possible and get our fruit & veg from Andy at Sycamore in Trin.

We’re Coeliac friendly
We’re proud to look after guests who have a wheat or gluten intolerance. Nearly all of our dishes are, or can be, made wheat and gluten free (even sandwiches and pizzas!). Please just ask. We work in association with Coeliac UK.

Drinks

Pubs were built on beer – and while things have moved on a bit since then, we still believe a great pub should be somewhere you can pop in for a few drinks and a chat with friends. We love our real ale (which change week by week – let us know if you’ve got a favourite!), and work closely with our suppliers to source interesting, sometimes slightly quirky wines and spirits that you won’t find in the supermarket. And our pricing is sensible – after all, we want you to come back again and again.
